Gender Pay Gap

Our approach to fair pay and gender pay reporting for Subhida UK Limited trading as IME London.

Last updated: 22 July 2026

1. Introduction

Subhida UK Limited trading as IME London is committed to equal opportunity and fair reward. We aim to pay people fairly for the role they perform, based on skills, experience and contribution, regardless of gender or any other protected characteristic under the Equality Act 2010.

2. What is the gender pay gap?

The gender pay gap is the difference between the average earnings of men and women across a workforce. It is not the same as equal pay. Equal pay means men and women must receive equal pay for the same or equivalent work. A gender pay gap can exist even where equal pay is in place, for example if more men or women are represented in higher-paid roles.

3. Our reporting position

Under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017, employers with 250 or more employees in Great Britain are required to publish annual gender pay gap figures.

Where IME London (Subhida UK Limited) is below the statutory reporting threshold for a given snapshot date, we are not legally required to publish formal gender pay gap statistics. We nevertheless support transparency and continuously review our pay practices.

When we meet or exceed the reporting threshold, or otherwise choose to publish voluntary figures, we will update this page with the relevant mean and median hourly pay gaps, bonus gaps and quartile distributions, together with narrative explaining the results and actions we are taking.

4. How we promote fairness

  • Recruitment and promotion decisions based on objective criteria
  • Regular review of pay bands and role grading
  • Support for flexible working where operationally possible
  • Training and development opportunities open to all employees
  • Addressing any unjustified pay disparities promptly when identified

5. Requests for information

Employees with questions about pay equity may speak with their manager or People / HR contact. External enquiries can be sent to info@imelondon.co.uk.

6. Updates

This statement will be reviewed periodically and updated when our workforce size, reporting obligations or published metrics change.
